To best meet the needs of our clientele, we offer 12-month housing contracts. We make the transition period for all of our residents as smooth as possible by offering a housing contract period that runs from August to late July. Our office is happy to provide additional information.

Each apartment comes standard with all the necessary appliances for your convenience. Appliances include a refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, and full-size washer and dryer.
Are the apartments furnished?
Because we want you to have it all when you live at Yugo Highbranch at Gainesville, we offer both furnished and unfurnished cottage options. The complete furniture package that we offer includes furniture both for the common area and each bedroom. The package features high-quality living room furniture as well as bedroom furnishings, including a bed and mattress set, nightstand, desk and chair, and dresser or under-bed storage.
Do any of the cottages include porches or patios?
You won’t find nicer Gainesville apartments near UF. No matter which cottage you choose, you’ll get an outdoor living area in the form of a patio or deck (depending on the floor plan). Some cottages also offer front porches.
Is parking provided with the cottages?
At Yugo Highbranch at Gainesville, we provide parking on a first-come, first-serve basis, as well as offer reserved covered parking. Should you choose the reserved covered parking space, there will be a monthly fee; therefore, please reach out to the Leasing Office for parking spot availability.
Will I have access to high-speed Internet in my apartment?
No student apartments near UF would be complete without high-speed Internet. Each cottage is wired for high-speed Internet and cable, and each of these services is covered in your monthly installment payment.
What does controlled access mean?
Yugo Highbranch at Gainesville offers an electronic keying system, which is referred to as “controlled access”. We issue electronic key fobs to each resident, similar to a hotel in which each resident has an individualized key that grants him or her access to his or her cottage and any of the community amenities. This system prevents key duplication, provides a record log of its use and allows any maintenance keys to work only during designated times.
Can I have pets?
Most of our cottages are pet-friendly.
