So, once you’ve taken in the planet’s tallest building and a shopping mall the size of 200 football pitches, shift down a gear. Watch the flyboarders from a café on Kite Beach, experience old Dubai in the historical Al Fahidi neighbourhood and get some perspective on it all in the desert. OK, so you’ll probably be dune bashing with your new mates, but it's the thought that counts!
Dubai’s location gives you access to, well, the rest of the world really – plus an easy visa process. Multinational companies, a diverse, cosmopolitan community, and iconic tourist attractions make this a student destination like no other. And nothing says 'I'm living my best life' better than sunset at the beach.

November to February, the heat’s just right to enjoy the Dubai World Cup and a line-up of festivals from food to film to jazz. June to August, expect to boil. Early mornings and late evening are the best times to do anything! Spring and autumn, temperatures hover around the 20-30-degree mark. Knitwear? Not so much…

It's a great location too. Dubai International Academic City (DIAC) is 15 minutes away and the Business Bay / Satwa and Knowledge Park only 30 minutes. There’s even a free shuttle service to get you there.
