Currently completing a degree in International Business, he brings a valuable student perspective to the team’s work, helping ensure evolving student expectations are reflected in Yugo’s product and operational approach.
Nicholas supports the underwriting and financial analysis of opportunities across Yugo’s European markets, working closely with the wider business development team to assess deals and support client proposals. With a background in banking and international business, he focuses on financial modelling, market analysis and supporting complex multi-jurisdiction investment opportunities.

As CEO of Yugo USA, he works closely with Yugo’s global leadership team to strengthen the brand’s presence and performance across the country.

Tim has 20+ years’ experience in hospitality, commercial, residential leased & freehold portfolios, plus global experience in portfolio management.
