How to Prepare for Life After University 💡
United Kingdom
New to Newcastle? Start by scoping out the Grainger Market. It’s a student staple for shopping, vintage boutiques, and food in every flavour. To see the city’s famous bridges, head down to the Quayside. There’s a Sunday market there too and mind-blowing art in the BALTIC Centre. Then there’s Ouseburn. The city’s main cultural and creative quarter is the hub of Newcastle’s alternative music scene, with a ton of pubs, cafés and restaurants. Or swap inside for outside and the peaceful walking trails of Jesmond Dene.

The location's not bad, either — Newcastle University is just a 15-minute walk away! After a hard day's study, an evening stroll along the riverside is the perfect pick-me-up.
