What services are included in the rent?

Water, heating/air condition and electricity are all included in your rent, so there’s no need to worry about paying utility bills on time. Also WiFi, room's weekly cleaning with bed linend and towels change, and the usage of all the communal areas are included into the shown price. You can easily focus on your studies without any thoughts to worry about.

What furnishings are included in the tenancy?

All of our flats come furnished with bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items. Kitchenette has sink, induction hobs and fridge plus a basic set of cutlery and crockery.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there are public parking spaces around the building. The residence has also private parking space available for students (price not included in the shown rent).

What happens if something breaks in my flat?

We can help you out. Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your flat breaks or doesn’t work. Just contact us on our helpline or at reception and we'll help you out as soon as we can.

Do you allow pets?

We love animals, but for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents with, for example, allergies, we do not allow animals in our buildings.

Do I need a guarantor?

Yes, if you are making monthly payments towards your accommodation, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to make your payments on time.
 

A guarantor will take the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for whatever reason. If you are unable to pay your rent, please speak to our support team first – your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.
