Known as the ‘City of Lakes’ (there are 22 of them!) and the Mini Apple due to its cultural vibe, Minneapolis is a great place to call home. Go downtown where the skyway system makes for good walking, and you’ll find theaters, live music venues and a sculpture garden. There’s also enough nightlife to balance out the studying. The North Loop (the Warehouse District) is the place to go for the hippest boutiques and bars. For daytimes, there’s also a big farmers market there and two major stadiums.

High-calibre, low-maintenance housing with everything on your doorstep – and a terrace on the roof! Edge on Oak is just a five to ten-minute walk from the University of Minnesota campus, and even closer to the School of Dentistry.
You’ve got easy access to activities at the university Recreation and Wellness Center, or head over to Huntington Bank stadium to cheer on your fellow gophers. And the whole of Minneapolis is within easy reach whether you want bagels and coffee before studies or a big night out. Or both.

We’ve been finalizing our big renovation, so now is your opportunity to take advantage of some serious upgrades!
