Booking a Room
How long does it take for an application to be approved?
Applications are approved within 48 hours.
Do you offer furnished units?
Yes! Some furniture is included in the base rent.
Furniture included in the bedrooms: mattress frame, mattress (standard full size), nightstand, desk.
Many of our units also come with basic living room furnishings a couch, chairs and coffee table. Please check with the residence to verify what is included in your tenancy agreement.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Unrenovated options are unfurnished, allowing residents to bring their furniture if desired. Renovated options are furnished.
How does roommate matching work?
We will do our best to match you with a roommate(s) that meets your needs. The roommate matching form is now part of the application process.
Once you’ve completed the form, a leasing specialist will review your responses and pair you with the most suitable roommates based on your selected profile. Our social media is also a great way to connect with potential roommates!
What happens if I don't like my roommate?
If you have signed an individual term lease, we can indeed help match you with a roommate. However, we can’t guarantee that all preferences can be met.
If a conflict does arise, please contact the leasing office and we will assist with exploring potential resolutions. However, we are not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or actions of any nature whatsoever relating to, arising out of or connected with disputes between potential or selected roommates.
Rent & Tenancy Agreements
Which utilities are included in my rent?
Internet/cable, water, sewage & garbage. Access to amenities is provided free of charge, as long as the amenity is available/open during hours of amenity operation!
What are the additional fees?
There is a one-time $50 application fee, a $200 security deposit, and a $250 admin fee.
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
Yes, you are required to purchase renter's insurance.
What are my options for paying my rent?
Check, cashiers check, money order, or online through the resident portal.
Accommodation Amenities
Does your property have on-site maintenance?
Yes, our properties do have on-site maintenance.
An item in a resident's unit needs repair. How do they get help?
Residents can go to the resident online portal and fill out a service request. In the case of an emergency, residents can call the leasing office during business hours or maintenance on-call line after hours.
What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?
Residents can call the office phone number and select to speak with maintenance if they become locked out of their apartment. After-hours, follow the automated message when calling the office to get assistance.
What maintenance is a resident responsible for? (i.e. changing fire alarm battery/changing lightbulbs/etc.)
Assessing and repair of all maintenance issues, resident service requests, trash take-out, on-site cleaning etc. and contacting vendors when necessary for repair.
How long does it take for maintenance to respond?
Maintenance always responds within 24 hours of the request.
Does your property offer on-site parking?
Please check with the residence about whether parking is available on site for residents.
