Liverpool for foodies
Where good for food in Liverpool? Here’s a quick guide, starting with some top spots just a ten-minute walk away from our own student accommodation. Tasty!
United Kingdom
Twice awarded European Capital of Culture, legendary Liverpool raises the bar for student experiences. And speaking of bars, if you fancy a drink, the hip Baltic Triangle is the place to go. It’s also the city’s creative and digital hub. Or head to The Waterfront (and the historic Royal Albert Dock) for festivals, galleries, museums, shops and a few more drinks. Then, once you’ve seen The Reds in action on the pitch and watched a gig at the Cavern Club, you might just think of yourself as a local!
You get more than a room here. It’s a community, complete with private study areas, a games room and wellbeing events. Even better, you’re in the city centre – and this is Liverpool!
There’s just a ten-minute walk to Liverpool ONE (the main shopping area) near some of the coolest bars. Or head down to the Waterfront, past the iconic Cavern Club, for music, festivals, shops, galleries and museums. You’re also a five-minute walk from John Moores University, and a short bus ride from Liverpool Uni. Minimum effort for maximum results.
