- Métro Line 13 from Porte de Vanves station → direct links to hotspots like Montparnasse, Invalides and the Champs-Élysées.
- T3a tram line from Brancion station → orbital route circling the southern edge of the city with convenient metro and train connections.
Many of Paris’ biggest universities are only around 30 minutes away, including Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, Paris Cité University and Sciences Po, so it’s truly a great base for your studies.

What does my monthly rent include?
Your monthly payment includes the rent and the flat rate for utilities. This flat rate includes your share of the general expenses of the building (including maintenance of common areas) as well as any expenses related to your apartment (water, communal heatinc, etc.).
Is heating included in the flat rate for utilities?
Heating is included in the flat rate for utilities, except at the following student residences: Bordeaux Pellegrin, Lille Euralille, Paris Bagnolet, Pessac Université, Talence Centre and Talence Université.
Is electricity included on the flat rate for utilities?
Electricity is included for shared apartments. For all other types of apartment it is not included, except at the following residences: Paris La Défense, Paris Grande Arche and Marseille La Major. After signing your lease, we’d suggest that you register with an electricity supplier. Your Yugo Manager will provide you with the necessary information when you’re ready to do so.
Can I share an apartment with someone of my choice?
Yes, when there are still student rooms available. Please specify your request by providing the person’s contact details in the “specific request” field when submitting your respective booking forms.
What amenities are provided when I arrive in my student room?
Our student apartments are fully furnished. In the sleeping area: bed, mattress, pillow, blanket, draw sheet and bedside table. In the study area: desk with storage and ergonomic chair. In the kitchen area: fridge-freezer, microwave oven, cooking plate, storage units. One Tableware/kitchenware set per person: dinner plates, dessert plates, glasses, mugs, knives, forks, small and large spoons, a paring knife, a frying pan, a saucepan, a casserole dish, an oven dish, a salad bowl, a can opener, a bottle opener and a colander. In the shower room: shower, vanity unit, mirror. Toilet. You will also get a broom, bucket & mop.
Can I rent a room for student and young professionals on a short-term lease?
For legal reasons, our leases are for terms of between 9 and 12 months. You are free to leave your accommodation for student and young professionals at any time, subject to a notice period of one month.
