Lothlorien’s off-campus apartment homes are only 1.5 blocks from campus, allowing residents to get to class in less than 20 minutes. Head to the Suzzallo and Allen Libraries for a study session with friends only 15 minutes from our building. Enjoy outdoor spaces on campus like Parrington Lawn or Denny Yard during the warmer months. Cheer on your Huskies at Husky Stadium just over a mile away or grab a seat for a basketball game at Alaska Airlines Arena, Hec Ed, just a 20-minute walk from your apartment home.
Lothlorien residents will also enjoy being placed in the bustling University District. Grabbing groceries is no problem for our residents as Safeway is located just 5 minutes from our building on foot. Pick up dinner from one of the many local restaurants near our building like Thai Tom or Qian Noodles which is ideally located on Lothlorien’s ground level. Get your sweet tooth fix at Cafe O Dessert which is right across the street. Head down the street to the University District Farmer Market on Saturday and pick up fresh produce for the week. Grab bubble tea from Kung Fu Tea on the ground floor of our building. Our ideal location provides the premier off-campus housing while also keeping residents connected to the lively University District.
