How long is the housing contract?
The housing contract for our Raleigh apartments runs for 12 months, beginning in August and ending in July.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes! Yugo Maxwell at Raleigh has a parking garage located on the first level of the building, so you’ll be able to ride the elevator up to your floor. If you choose to add parking, you’ll be assigned a specific spot, so you’ll always know where to park. Parking is limited, so be sure to notify the leasing office when you know you’ll want to bring a car.
Are the apartments furnished?
All apartments in our community are fully furnished. This means we include: a couch; TV and TV stand; coffee table; bar stools; bed and bed frame; desk and chair; nightstand; and dresser drawers.
How much square footage is available per unit?
Our student apartments are spacious and provide optimal space for both storage and privacy. While each unit is roomy, the exact square footage varies depending on the selected floor plan.
What is double occupancy?
We know that some students prefer the dorm-style living environment, so we have those options as well. Contact us for details!
How many bedrooms are in each apartment?
The exact number of bedrooms in each apartment varies depending on the selected floor plan. The Standard at Raleigh offers studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom apartments.
Is high-speed internet provided?
Yes! We understand how important reliable high-speed Internet is for everything from studying and homework to binge-watching your favorite shows.
What is included with my monthly installment payments?
Installment payments include the use of cable, high-speed internet, water and sewer, a $25 electric allowance, designer-quality furniture, flat-screen TVs, and pest control services.
How many bathrooms do apartments have?
The number of bathrooms in each apartment varies depending on the selected floor plan.
What appliances come with apartments?
Each apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances. A stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven are in every kitchen. Additionally, a full-size washer and dryer is included in every unit.
What is an ADA-compliant apartment?
ADA-compliant apartments have modified features for accessibility.
Can I have pets?
Yes. Our apartments are pet-friendly.
