I highly recommend STUDYO Tierpark. The apartments are beautiful and well-furnished. The metro is across the street, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The location is excellent, and the apartment is very comfortable.
Easy booking process with Lidl, rewe and other essentials at walking distance including tram, u Bahn and bus stops. Gym and community kitchen are also available inclusive in cost making it easier to work out or have cooking night with friends and there is also a big living area where you can connect with fellow students. The living environment is very friendly and chill. I would highly recommend it.

Yes — we'd recommend it. Many students book their room first and use the confirmed accommodation as part of their visa application, since embassies generally want proof of address in Germany.
Booking early also means you won't be racing to find a room once your visa comes through, closer to semester start. If your application is ultimately unsuccessful, contact us as soon as possible to discuss your booking.
Yes! You can contact us by phone or email to arrange a visit at a time that suits you. Please note that digital/online viewings are currently not available.
No. The entire booking and payment process must be completed online. We do not accept cash or process payments on site.
When booking at STUDYO Tierpark, one-off booking-related fees totalling €150 apply, split into charges of €50 and €100. A final cleaning fee of €120 also applies. These charges are separate from your monthly rent and security deposit.
STUDYO Tierpark is exclusively for students with valid enrollment certificate.
The monthly rent includes all utilities, including heating, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. You also have access to our gym and shared common areas.
All rooms at STUDYO Tierpark Berlin are fully furnished and include a private ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as a bed, built-in storage, desk and chair, and wardrobe.
Our studios feature a private kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, microwave and induction hob. Our Ensuite Small but Mighty rooms have access to a shared kitchen with other tenants. Please note: bedding and kitchen utensils are not provided.
The security deposit for STUDYO Tierpark is €1,200. You can pay it by using the payment details in your YUGO student portal.
Alternatively, you can apply for deposit insurance through our third-party partner Garentii. This option is subject to approval by Garentii. If the application is not approved, the regular deposit must be paid.
