Terms and Conditions for Refer a Friend 2026/27

Our exclusive 2026/27 Refer a Friend promotion is available only for new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year made between 11 March 2026 and 1 May 2026.

Definitions

The Referrer, Current Resident or Rebooker
• Has already signed to stay at Crown Place Birmingham for the 2026/27 academic year.
• Has completed a booking for a room at Crown Place Birmingham, paid their advance rent, and signed their tenancy agreement for the 2026/27 academic year.
• Must inform the local support team in writing before their friend's booking is confirmed.

The Referee, Friend of the Referrer or New Booker
• Has completed a new booking for a room at Crown Place Birmingham, paid their advance rent, and signed their tenancy agreement for the 2026/27 academic year for a minimum of 44 tenancy weeks.
• Has not previously lived at a Yugo property.
• Has not booked through an agent or university referral agreement.

Offer details
£50 rental credit will be awarded to both the referrer and the referee for each successful referral.

If the referee is a current resident of Onyx Birmingham, both the referrer and the referee will receive £75 rental credit each, provided proof of residency is supplied.

Eligible residence
• Crown Place Birmingham is included in the offer for any room type with a minimum stay of 44 weeks.

Both the referrer and referee will receive the same incentive amounts listed above. The referrer must inform the local support team of the referee's details by email before the referee completes their booking.

There is no limit to the number of friends a referrer can refer.

This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.

The incentive will be applied as a rental credit for the advertised amount and will be issued 14 days after both the referrer and referee have checked in.

Some offers may only apply to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types, or universities attended.

If a student cancels their booking or terminates their contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will become invalid.

To qualify for this offer, the student must complete their booking, pay the advance rent, and sign the tenancy agreement.

All offers are subject to availability and limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the offer for any residence at any time without notice.
