It is very conveniently located, with bus stops nearby. There are plenty of restaurants all around, which is not only convenient but also sets a fun environment. There are laundry rooms on each floor so you don't have to carry your laundry up and down stairs. There are elevators which I really appreciate. I absolutely love living in River Market!

This apartment is operated by the new owner since about last year. I have a brand new apartment room. This apartment is also equipped with a fitness center which useful for me especially during winter. The apartment staffs really take care of us in terms of cleaning the environment, quick handling complain,etc. They also really friendly and held many food and softdrink sessions in their office. They build a really good communication to us. I've lived here for almost a-year and have already extend my contract for the next year.

How does roommate matching work?
We will do our best to match you with a roommate(s) that meets your needs. The roommate matching form is now part of the application process. Once you’ve completed the form, a leasing specialist will review your responses and pair you with the most suitable roommates based on your selected profile. Our social media is also a great way to connect with potential roommates!
What happens if I don't like my roommate
If you have signed an individual term lease, we can indeed help match you with a roommate. However, we can’t guarantee that all preferences can be met. If a conflict does arise, please contact the leasing office and we will assist with exploring potential resolutions. However, we are not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or actions of any nature whatsoever relating to, arising out of or connected with disputes between potential or selected roommates.
What is an individual term lease?
Individual leasing means peace of mind for both parents and students. An individual lease means you are only responsible for your student’s space, not the full apartment as a typical joint lease would be structured. Common areas are shared responsibility among all roommates (ie, living room, kitchen, etc.). Our term lease structure is a lease that begins on a specified date and ends on a specified date, for one fee. This fee is conveniently administered in 12 installments.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Unrenovated options are unfurnished, allowing residents to bring their furniture if desired. Renovated options are furnished.
Do you have maintenance service?
Non-emergency requests for maintenance can be submitted via your resident portal at any given time and will be handled by the management staff as soon as possible. Our average turnaround time for maintenance requests is within 24-hours during the work week. 24-hour emergency maintenance is provided by calling the office number. After hours you will be prompted to leave a message, following the automated instructions on the office number. Your message will be responded to by our on-call service technician. It is our express goal to respond to any general service need within 24 hours.
Do you allow pets?
We're happy to accept your furry friends! You can have a maximum of two pets per apartment. But first, please check that all roommates are fine with you keeping a pet! Restrictions do apply, so please contact our leasing office for details.
