If you prefer to study at home, why not spend the afternoon focusing in one of our study rooms on site? You can even take your work back to your place and work from the desk in your own room.
When studies are over, you won’t want to leave North! When the weather is good (as it often is in Alabama), you can hang by the pool with your housemates or class buddies. Make the most of the BBQ area and Sports Court and bring the party back to your place.

Went for a tour. Loved the property and units! Very spacious and affordable! The leasing manager was knowledgeable, relatable, and friendly. The kitchen was my favorite part of the common area due to having lots of cabinets space. I favorite the downstairs bedroom C; it is tucked away from other roommates on the bottom floor making it more private :)

I enjoyed living here, they were very helpful before moving-in (I was in another state) and when I was moving out. I never had any issues with my unit. When I moved in and did the initial inspection, they were very fast in fixing the issues within days. I only used the pool and gym and they were good, they had what I needed. The people working in the office were always happy to help and were very friendly.

Residents are welcome to bring their own furniture. However, the provided furniture must be stored safely and returned in its original condition at move-out.

Do you have maintenance service?
Non-emergency maintenance requests can be submitted anytime through your resident portal and will be addressed by our management staff as soon as possible.

For after-hours emergencies:
- Call the office number and follow the automated instructions to leave a message

How does roommate matching work?
We will do our best to match you with roommates that meet your needs.
The roommate matching form is now part of the application process. Once completed, a leasing specialist will review your responses and pair you with the most suitable roommates based on your profile.

What is an individual term lease?
Individual leasing offers peace of mind for both parents and students.
With an individual lease, you're only responsible for your student's space — not the entire apartment like a traditional joint lease. Common areas such as the living room and kitchen are shared equally among all roommates.
Our term lease runs from a specific start date to a specific end date for a single flat fee, conveniently split into 12 monthly installments.
