Currently living in Catherine house for my first year at uni. The building is very modern and the flat is great, good size rooms with en-suites and good size kitchen. Reception is great, the staff are so friendly and can answer all your questions. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The building has 24/7 security which is reassuring. Very central to everything you’d need- uni, shops, gym, clubs etc. Overall a great place to live :)))

What services are included in the rent?
Water, gas and electricity are all included in your rent, so there’s no need to worry about paying utility bills on time.
Also, students don't have to pay council tax in the UK, so you don't need to worry about that either!
What furnishings are included in the tenancy?
All of our flats come fully-furnished! In your room, you will have a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items.
During your stay, you can decorate your flat as you see fit, as long as you can return it to how it looked when you first moved in!
Is there parking on site?
On-site parking in only available at selected Yugo residences in the UK, and is not guaranteed for residents. Please contact our on-site team to check about local parking options.
What happens if something breaks in my flat?
We can help you out. Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your flat breaks or doesn’t work. Just contact us on our helpline or at reception and we'll help you out as soon as we can.
Do you allow pets?
We love animals, but for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents with, for example, allergies, we do not allow animals in our buildings.
Do I need a guarantor?
Yes, if you are making payments towards your accommodation in instalments, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to complete your payments on time.
A guarantor will take on the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for any reason. If you are experiencing difficulties making an installment payment, please speak to our support team first - your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.
