Terrassa Can Telar

Can Telar is a 17-minute walk from UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) and 20 minutes on foot from Hospital Universitari Mútua Terrassa. The residence sits in the centre of Terrassa, so you're never far from lectures, placements or the city's shops and student spots.

Central Barcelona is a straightforward train ride from Can Telar. It's about 10 minutes on foot to Terrassa Rambla station, then roughly 40 minutes on the S1 line straight into Plaça Catalunya, right at the top of Las Ramblas.

At Terrassa Can Telar, your rent covers water, gas and electricity, high-speed WiFi, 24-hour security and reception, and unlimited access to the common areas. Studios and apartments come fully furnished, and cleaning is included every two weeks (including bed linen and towels), so you have one predictable monthly cost with no separate utility bills to manage.

Parking is available but comes at an extra fee.

Rooms start from €600 a month for a Studio Lite. Prices depend on room type and availability, so it's worth checking current rates before booking, as they can shift as rooms sell out.

The residence has a cinema room, coffee bar, common room, communal kitchen, dining room, games room, gym, study rooms, TV lounge and yoga studio indoors, plus a swimming pool and terrace outside. There's also bike storage, an elevator, keycard access, laundry services, on-site maintenance, CCTV, and accessible entrances and rooms.

Every studio comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items. Residents are welcome to personalise their space during their stay, as long as it's returned to its original condition at the end of the tenancy.

Yes, if you are making payments towards your accommodation in instalments, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to complete your payments on time.

A guarantor will take on the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for any reason. If you are experiencing difficulties making an installment payment, please speak to our support team first - your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.
