What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, while check-out must be completed by 10:30 am.

A free luggage storage service is available for those arriving early or leaving Florence later.

What credit cards do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards: Amex, Visa, MasterCard. We reserve the right to verify the validity of the credit card with a pre-authorization equal to the total amount of the stay within 48 hours before your arrival. Please make sure to enter the correct card details when booking. If the data is invalid or the pre-authorization fails, we will contact you to request an update. If no response is received within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
