2026/27 Cashback Promotion Terms & Conditions

Our exclusive £10 per week promotion is available for direct let bookings for the 2026/27 academic year made from 06/10/2026 until further notice.

Students can choose to receive the promotion in one of two ways:

• £10 off per week for the duration of their eligible tenancy, or
• The equivalent value paid as cashback

The total value of the offer depends on the tenancy length:

• 40 week tenancy: £400 total value
• 46 week tenancy: £460 total value

The student must contact the Crown Place Birmingham site team to confirm which option they wish to receive. Students can only select one option and cannot receive both the weekly discount and cashback.

The promotion is not available to students who:

• have deferred or cancelled their booking before check in
• book short term or semester lets
• are rebookers
• book through an agent or university referral agreement
• confirmed their booking before 06/10/2026

40 Week Tenancy

• £10 off per week, or
• £460 cashback

To claim the promotion, the student must complete their booking, pay their advance rent and sign their tenancy agreement. The student must then contact the Crown Place Birmingham site team to confirm whether they wish to receive £10 off per week or the equivalent cashback.

Where the student chooses the cashback option, the cashback will be paid in accordance with Yugo's standard cashback process.

In the event that a student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, the promotion will be invalid.

The promotion is subject to availability and limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
