Yugo Luna Salamanca Recognized as ‘Best Individual Property’ at the Global Student Living Awards 2025
Salamanca, October 31, 2025 — The Yugo Luna Salamanca student residence, the largest in Castilla y León and inaugurated in September 2023, has been awarded Best Individual Property (Europe) at the Global Student Living Awards 2025, held in London.
These awards, the most prestigious in the student accommodation sector, are based entirely on direct feedback from more than 150,000 students across universities and educational institutions in the UK and Europe, making this recognition particularly meaningful. Anonymous surveys evaluate key aspects such as the quality of facilities, customer service, value for money, sustainability, and overall satisfaction.
In this year’s edition, Yugo — the global student housing brand and operator with residences in Spanish cities including Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Pamplona, Valencia, and Salamanca — also received the European awards for Best Customer Service (Europe), which recognizes its excellence in student care and service quality, and Best Learning Environment (Europe), awarded to Yugo Cartuja in Seville for offering an inspiring and high-quality academic setting. These achievements further strengthen Yugo’s international leadership in student accommodation and its mission to create spaces where students can truly thrive.
