Terms & Conditions for Free Summer Storage 2026/27

Our exclusive Free Summer Storage promotion is available only for new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year made from 27/03/2026 until further notice.

Definitions:

Eligible Student (New booking / Rebooker):
• Has completed a new booking for a room at Bentley House, Yugo.
• Has paid their advance rent and signed their tenancy agreement for the 2026/27 academic year for a minimum 51 weeks.
• May be a current resident rebooking or a new customer.

The Offer:
• Free summer storage is available for eligible students at Bentley House between the end of the 2025/26 tenancy and the start of the 2026/27 tenancy.
• Storage will be provided on site at Bentley House and managed by the local support team.
• The exact storage period, including drop off and collection arrangements, will be confirmed by the on site team.

Offer type: Free summer storage

• Birmingham, Bentley House: promotion is available for all room types with a 51-week tenancy length.

The student must inform the local support team via email to request access to the free summer storage offer.

This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, unless stated otherwise.

The storage arrangement, including access, packing requirements, and collection details, will be communicated by the local team. Note: This offer applies only to bookings meeting the specified tenancy length requirement.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete their booking, pay their advance rent, and sign their tenancy agreement. All offers are subject to availability. Yugo Students UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.
