Refer a Friend Offer

• Eligible referrals are valued at $600 in total, divided as follows:
  • $300 for the referrer
  • $300 for the referred friend
• The referrer must be either:
  • A current resident of a Yugo property in Australia; or
  • A future resident with a confirmed booking to arrive in the following semester.
• The referred friend must:
  • Have never previously stayed at a Yugo property in Australia;
  • Book a room directly with any Yugo property in Australia for a 2027 tenancy; and
  • Enter into and complete the full lease term offered for their booking.
• Bookings made through an agent or agency referral are not eligible.
• The referred friend’s details must be provided before they begin the booking process. Referrals submitted after the booking process has started will not be accepted.
• The referred friend must identify their referrer when completing their booking.
• Only one referrer may be nominated for each booking, and residents cannot refer themselves.
• Both the referrer and the referred friend must enter into eligible tenancy agreements and check in at their respective Yugo properties in Australia.
• Bookings with a later arrival date that do not cover the full lease term are not eligible.
• Each eligible participant will receive a $300 prepaid gift card, which can be used anywhere prepaid gift cards are accepted.
• Gift cards will be issued one month after both students have checked in.
• If either student cancels their booking, does not commence their tenancy or checks out before the gift cards are issued, both incentives will become void.
• The incentive is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another benefit.
• Yugo reserves the right to verify eligibility and withhold the incentive where a referral is incomplete, duplicated, misleading or fraudulent.
• By participating in the Refer a Friend program, students agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• This promotion is subject to availability. Yugo reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
