Park Court Terms and Conditions for Refer a Friend 2026/27

Our exclusive 2026/27 Refer a Friend promotion is available only for new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year made from 12th June 2026.

Definitions

The Referrer, Current Resident or New Resident

• Has already signed to stay at Park Court for the 2026/27 academic year
• Has completed a booking for a room at Park Court, paid their advance rent, and signed their tenancy agreement for the 2026/27 academic year
• Must email the Park Court site team before any referred student completes their booking

The Referee, Friend of the Referrer or New Booker

• Has completed a new booking for a room at Park Court, paid their advance rent, and signed their tenancy agreement for the 2026/27 academic year
• Has not previously lived at a Yugo property
• Has not booked through an agent or university referral agreement

Offer Details
For each successful referral, both the referrer and the referee will receive a £100 cashback reward

Eligible Residence
Park Court, Lincoln is included in the offer for any room type

Referral Process

 

• The referrer must email the Park Court site team before any referred student completes their booking
• The email must include the promotional code PARKCOURTRAF, the full name of each student being referred, and confirmation of the total number of students being referred under the promotion
• Referrals will only be considered valid where the email has been received by the site team before the referee completes their booking
• Failure to provide the promotional code and referral details may result in the referral reward being declined
• The referrer is responsible for ensuring all referral details provided are accurate and complete

There is no limit to the number of friends a referrer can refer

This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral promotion unless stated otherwise

Cashback rewards will be issued within 14 days of the referred student checking in and meeting all eligibility criteria

Only referrals declared by email using the code PARKCOURTRAF will count towards this promotion

If a student cancels their booking or terminates their contract before the start of the tenancy, the referral associated with that booking will become invalid

To qualify for this offer, the student must complete their booking, pay the advance rent, sign the tenancy agreement, and successfully check in

All offers are subject to availability. Yugo Students UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the offer for any residence at any time without notice
