How the offer works
Where all bedrooms within an eligible shared flat are booked by a group, the residents of that flat will receive one complimentary light-touch kitchen clean per month throughout the tenancy.

• The complimentary kitchen clean includes:
  Hoovering the kitchen floor.
  Mopping the kitchen floor.
  Emptying kitchen rubbish bins and removing waste.
  Wiping and cleaning accessible kitchen worktops and sides.

The complimentary kitchen clean does not include:

• Washing up dishes, pots, pans or utensils.
• Moving personal belongings or cleaning underneath or behind them.
• Cleaning inside cupboards, drawers, fridges, freezers, microwaves or ovens.
• Deep cleaning or stain removal.
• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, corridors or any other areas outside the shared kitchen.

Residents are responsible for ensuring the kitchen is reasonably accessible for the clean to take place. Yugo reserves the right to limit the clean to accessible areas only where personal belongings or excessive clutter prevent cleaning.

Eligibility

The promotion is not available to students who:
 

• Have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in.
• Book short-term or semester lets.
• Book through university referral agreements.
• Confirmed a booking prior to 25/06/2026.

To qualify for the promotion:
 

• All rooms within an eligible shared flat must be booked with qualifying tenancies.
• Students must complete their booking, pay their advance rent and sign their tenancy agreement.
• One member of the group must email the Bramall Court site team at [email protected] to confirm the group booking and provide the names of all residents in the flat. This email must be received before the start of the tenancy to validate eligibility for the promotion.

• Minimum 44-week tenancy.
• Open to all available room types.

General Terms

The complimentary monthly kitchen clean has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other product, service or discount.
The offer is only available where all rooms within an eligible shared flat are occupied by students with qualifying bookings. If a flat does not become fully occupied, the promotion will not apply.
If any student cancels their booking or terminates their tenancy before the start of the tenancy and, as a result, the flat is no longer fully occupied, Yugo reserves the right to withdraw the promotion for that flat.
Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
