Our exclusive £1,000 cashback offer is available for the 2026/27 academic year for the first 50 qualifying bookings made from 04/09/2026 to 30/09/2026, or until the first 50 bookings have been reached, whichever comes first.

The promotion is not available to students who:

• have deferred or cancelled their booking before check in.
• book short term or semester lets.
• are a rebooker.
• have confirmed a booking prior to 04/09/2026.

This offer can be used by students booking directly or through an approved agent.

The offer is limited to the first 50 qualifying bookings made from 4 September 2026. Agent bookings are eligible and will count towards the first 50 bookings. Once 50 qualifying bookings have been received, the promotion will close.

No cash redemption value, non transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.

The cashback offer will be applied as a discount for the advertised amount when the promotion code is entered at the time of booking.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete their booking, pay their advance rent and sign their tenancy agreement.

All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.
