Great environment with many activities. Easy access to Melbourne central and the University of Melbourne. The common area downstairs is perfect for studying alone or with friends. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Utilities including high speed Wi-Fi are all included in your rent, so there’s no need to worry about paying bills on time.
The only additional item to pay for is use of the laundry machines when you do your washing.

All of our flats come fully-furnished! In your room, you will have a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items.
During your stay, you can decorate your flat as you see fit, as long as you can return it to how it looked when you first moved in!
