• Eligible tenants (Local students): Must be 18 years or older with a valid Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
• Eligible tenants (International students): Must be 18 years or older with a valid Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and a valid student visa.
• The offer is available for selected room types only.
• Payment plan: Tenants will pay fortnightly, with a bond required.
