Lived at Yugo Berkeley Street for 2 years! The spacious studio apartment had lots of storage, modern furniture, a kitchen, bed, smart TV, study table, balcony, and en-suite bathroom. Ground floor has study spaces, cinema, gym, laundry, and terraces. Lovely, accommodating staff. Loved the comfort, proximity to CBD, and all-inclusive rent. Great student activities and a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!
The facilities are great—my favourite is the movie room. Fantastic location; I can walk to my uni classes, which is so helpful. Highly recommend to anyone studying in Melbourne.
Utilities including high speed Wi-Fi are all included in your rent, so there’s no need to worry about paying bills on time.
The only additional item to pay for is use of the laundry machines when you do your washing.

All of our flats come fully-furnished! In your room, you will have a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items.
During your stay, you can decorate your flat as you see fit, as long as you can return it to how it looked when you first moved in!
