Ground floor has study spaces, cinema, gym, laundry, and terraces. Lovely, accommodating staff. Loved the comfort, proximity to CBD, and all-inclusive rent. What services are included in the rent?
Utilities including high speed Wi-Fi are all included in your rent, so there’s no need to worry about paying bills on time.
The only additional item to pay for is use of the laundry machines when you do your washing.
Parking may also be available at an additional cost, speak to the team on site for more information.
What furnishings are included in the tenancy?
All of our flats come fully-furnished! In your room, you will have a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items.
During your stay, you can decorate your flat as you see fit, as long as you can return it to how it looked when you first moved in!
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately, our residence does not offer on-site parking. Please check local parking options or contact us for more information.
What happens if something breaks in my flat?
We can help you out. Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your flat breaks or doesn’t work. Just contact us on our helpline or at reception and we'll help you out as soon as we can.
Do you allow pets?
We love animals, but for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents with, for example, allergies, we do not allow animals in our buildings.
