The Yugo Australia ‘Year of Free Rent’ and ‘Tech Study Packs’ promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Conditions of Entry

1. The promoter is Yugo (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN: 97 610 512 500).
2. The entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions of entry to the promotion by completing the registration and subscribing to the Yugo Australia mailing list.
3. The promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia. Applications are open to all residents and guests of Western Australia, Australia. However, employees of the Promoter, their relatives and members of their households (who may be unrelated) are not eligible to apply. Any eligible entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.
4. Entrants under 18 years of age must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter. The Promoter may require any such entrant’s parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the entrant. The release will include the parent or guardian’s full name, address and telephone number. If the entrant is a winner, a failure to agree to the release and provision of these details to the Promoter will invalidate the winner’s entitlement to the prize, subject to state legislation.

How to Enter

1. To enter the competition, participants must complete a subscription or contact us enquiry form and consent to Yugo Australia’s email marketing list for Yugo Perth University Campus.
2. The promotion opens on Thursday 20 November 2026 at 12:00am AWST and closes on the earlier of Friday July 31 2026 at 11:59PM AWST, or at the opening event of Yugo Perth University Campus. All valid entrants during this time will enter the draw.

Promotion Prize Draws

1. There will be (3) Tech Study Pack prizes drawn and (1) Year of Free Rent prize drawn. To go in the draw to win, participants must subscribe to the Yugo Perth University Campus mailing list.

Year of Free Rent

• A 52-week stay at Yugo Perth University Campus, valid from July 2026 to June 2027 in a Single Ensuite room.

The total Tech Study Pack prize pool is valued at $3,173 (incl. GST).

If, for whatever reason, the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state legislation.

Eligible Entries

1. Entries are free and limited to two (2) per person.
   1. Limited to one (1) entry per person for subscribing to Yugo Australia’s mailing list for Yugo Perth University
   2. A bonus entry (1) may be earned per person for a confirmed booking at Yugo Perth University Campus made during the promotion period.
2. By submitting an entry, the entrant warrants that (i) if they are at least 18 years of age, they have full legal power and capacity to agree to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions or (ii) if they are under the age of 18 years, their parent or guardian has full legal power and capacity to agree to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and has so agreed.
3. The entrant agrees that, where necessary, they have taken the opportunity to have independent professional advice on their obligations when accepting these Terms and Conditions.
4. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt of the entry by the Promoter and not at the time of its transmission. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize.

Contacting draw winners

1. The winners for the Yugo Australia ‘Year of Free Rent’ and ‘Tech Study Pack’ promotion will be drawn at the Yugo Perth University Campus Opening Event on or before Friday 31 July 2026.
2. All winners will be notified by one of the following methods: email, telephone, SMS, website or in person. The Promoter will publish each winner’s name on the website for a period of 28 days, as required by law.
3. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners. A winner must respond with acceptance of the prize within two weeks from the date of notification by the Promoter. If the winner fails to do this, the Promoter may redraw the prize.
4. The Winner must collect their prize from the promoter or provide a designated Australian shipping address within two weeks from the date of notification by the Promoter. If the winner fails to do this, the Promoter may redraw the prize and allocate it to a new winner.

Winner Obligations

1.  Each prize winner acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter may publish the details of the prize winner including photographs and videos taken by the Promoter in the Promoter's marketing material or reports, including on social media, the Promoter's website and in brochures or newspapers.
2. Each prize winner acknowledges and agrees to participate in interviews and media opportunities organised by the Promoter within 12 months of the date of notification.
