Terms & Conditions for Budget Room - Edinburgh 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the limited time Budget En Suite type at Arran House and Canal Point.
Eligibility and price.
The offer is available for new 2026/27 academic year bookings for selected Budget En Suite rooms at Arran House or Canal Point. The promotional rent is £199 per week and applies only to the rooms and tenancy lengths confirmed by the property team.
The promotion is not available to students who:
- Budget En Suite rooms are not available for instant online booking.
- Book through agent, nomination or university referral agreements.
- Claim Cashback. Bookings made under this Budget room are not eligible for any cashback offer or cashback campaign.
- Claim Refer a Friend offer. Bookings made under this offer are not eligible for the Refer a Friend scheme. No reward will be payable to either the student or the referrer.
- Combination with other promotions. The offer has no cash redemption value and cannot be transferred or combined with any other discount, incentive, promotional code, price match or referral reward unless Yugo confirms otherwise in writing.
The student must submit the ‘Inquire Now’ form on the Yugo website. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a room or guarantee that an offer will be issued.

Room allocation. Rooms included in the promotion are limited and will be allocated by the property team. Availability may vary between Arran House and Canal Point.
Booking completion. A booking is confirmed only when the student has completed all required booking steps, paid the advance rent and signed the tenancy agreement within the deadline stated in the offer.
Existing and cancelled bookings. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to a booking confirmed before the promotion. If the booking is cancelled or the tenancy is terminated before the tenancy start date, the promotional offer will cease to apply.
Important: Eligibility and room availability must be confirmed by the Arran House or Canal Point property team before an offer is issued.
Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 12/06/2026 but Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice. Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.
