Our exclusive no booking fee is available on bookings made at Yugo Paris Beaugrenelle for the 2025/26 academic year. This offer is valid on eligible bookings made up to 31/03/2026.
Our exclusive 5% monthly discount (excluding VAT) is available on bookings made at Yugo Paris Beaugrenelle for the 2025/26 academic year. This offer is valid on eligible bookings for 9 or 12 months made up to 31/03/2026.

Eligibility

The promotion is not available to students who:

• Defer or cancel their booking before check-in
• Book through university referral agreements
• Have confirmed a booking prior to 15/01/2026
   

Residence, Tenancy & Discount Details

• Cancellation & Withdrawal
  · If a student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid.
  · To qualify, the student must complete their booking, pay any required advance rent, and sign the tenancy agreement.
  · All offers are subject to availability and limited to a certain number of bookings.
  · Yugo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, for any residence, without notice.
