Terms & Conditions for £1,000 Cash Draw – Direct Lets – Rothesay House – August 2026 

Our exclusive £1,000 cash draw offer is available only for new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year made from 13/08/2026 until 20/08/2026. This offer is only available for those booking either a Premium or Deluxe Studio.  

The promotion is not available to students who: 

• have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in. 

• book short term or semester lets. 

• book via third-party agencies. 

• book any other room type at Rothesay House other than the outlined room types available.  

• book a room outside of the outlined promotional dates (between 13/08/2026 – 20/08/2026).  

The list of residences, promotion code, room type and booking tenancies: 

• Rothesay House, Bournemouth 

• Email the site team with the code: RH1000 to confirm your eligibility to the booking and you will automatically be entered into our cash draw.  

• Booking tenancy length: Minimum 44 weeks. 

• Capped at 5 bookings. 

This offer will be available for 5 bookings made within the outlined offer period only.  

The winners will be notifed via email and will be paid by 21/09/2026.  

This £1,000 cash draw promotion must not be used alongside any other promotional offer running at Rothesay House which includes the £400 cashback and bus pass incentive.

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize. In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete their booking, pay their advance rent, sign their tenancy agreement, check into the property, and not have any outstanding arrears with the property.
