Terms & Conditions for Yugo $500 Survey Promotion 2026

Promotion Period  

The Yugo $500 Amazon voucher Survey Promotion is open from Monday 2 March 2026 until Tuesday 21 April 2026. One lucky participant will win a $500 Amazon voucher by completing the survey during this period.  

Eligibility  

To be eligible for the prize, participants must:  

• Complete the entire survey, answering all questions. 
• Be a current student associated with Yugo during the promotion period. 
• Share a valid email address to be contacted (to receive their prize).

Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple submissions will result in disqualification.  

The promotion is not open to:  

• Yugo employees, agents, or affiliates, including anyone involved in the administration of the promotion. 
• Participants who fail to complete all the survey questions. 
• Participants who are under the age of 18.  

Prize  

• The prize is $500 worth of Amazon vouchers.
• The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible participants who have fully completed the survey. 
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.  

Winner Selection and Notification  

• The winner will be selected at random after the promotion period ends and contacted via the email address provided during the survey within 15 business days of the survey closing date. 
• We will attempt to reach the winner 3 times via email and if the winner does not respond within this period, Yugo reserves the right to select an alternative winner.  

General  

• By entering this promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. 
• Yugo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, including any prize details, at any time without notice. 
• Any student who cancels their booking or terminates their contract before the start of the tenancy will be disqualified from this promotion. 
• Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it is reasonably believed that the participant has breached any of these terms.  

These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 02/02/2026, but Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to modify them at any time without prior notice.  

Data Protection  

Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. is the data controller for this promotion and the associated survey. The purpose of this survey is to understand student experiences in order to improve Yugo’s services and student offering. Some questions relate to wellbeing, finances and student life. You are free to skip any question you do not wish to answer.

• We collect your email address solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw, contacting the winner and, if necessary, verifying eligibility. Your email address will not be used to identify you in the analysis of survey responses and will not be used for marketing unless you have separately given permission.
• Your survey responses will be analysed in aggregated form only and will not be used to make decisions about you as an individual.
• The lawful basis for processing your data is your consent (for survey responses) and contractual necessity (for administering the prize draw).
• Your personal data will be stored securely and kept only for as long as necessary to administer the promotion and analyse the survey results, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw from the prize draw at any time, in accordance with Yugo’s Privacy Policy.
