Terms & Conditions for Free Room Upgrade – Belaton House

Our exclusive Free room upgrade is available only for rebookers for the 2026/27 academic year made between 18/03/2026 to 25/03/2026. This offer is for students who wish to book at Belaton House for the 2026/27 academic year, at no additional cost to upgrade a room. 

The promotion is not available to students who:

• have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in.
• book short term or semester lets.
• are booking direct to Belaton House for the 2026/27 academic year.
• book through agent or university referral agreements.
• have confirmed a booking prior to 18/03/2026.

The list of residences and booking tenancies:

• Belaton House: Free room upgrade
  • Free room upgrade (from Bailey to Belaton)
  • Must be a rebooker for the 2025/26 academic year, booking for the 2026/27 academic year
  • Offer amount: Any room type booked at Belaton House during this offer period to be upgraded at no extra cost for the first 50 bookings made during the offer period.
  • Booking tenancy length: Minimum 51 weeks.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.
