The promotion is not available to students who:
- have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in.
- are a rebooker from the 2026/27 academic year.
- book short term or semester lets.
- are booking direct for the 2026/27 year.
- have confirmed a booking prior to 13.03.2026.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings.
