Terms & Conditions for £500 Cashback – Catherine House

Our cashback promotion is only applicable for new 2024/25 academic year bookings made on or after 9^th August 2024. This offer is only applicable for Premium Studios and Deluxe Studios Catherine House with a minimum booking tenancy 44 weeks.   

The promotion is not available to students who:  

• have deferred /cancelled their booking before check-in.   

• book tenancy less than 44 weeks.  

• book through university or partner referral agreements.   

• have confirmed a booking prior to 9^th August 2024.  

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.  

The cashback offer will operate as a discount applied upon entering of the promotion code: CASHBACK500. 

In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid.   

To claim this offer, you must complete your booking, pay your advanced rent and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.  

These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 9^th August 2024 but Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice. Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.
