Our exclusive no booking fee is available on bookings made at Yugo Paris Montsouris for the 2025/26 academic year. This offer is valid on eligible bookings made up to 28/02/2026.

Our exclusive 100€ monthly discount is available on bookings made at Yugo Paris Montsouris for the 2025/26 academic year. This offer is valid on a limited amount of eligible bookings for 9 or 12 months.

Eligibility

The promotion is not available to students who:

• Defer or cancel their booking before check-in
• Book through university referral agreements
• Have confirmed a booking prior to 15/01/2026
   

Residence, Tenancy & Discount Details

• Residence: Yugo Paris Montsouris
• Eligible tenancy length: 9-month or 12-month tenancies only for the 100€ monthly discount (for a limited number of rooms) .
• Discount Application
  · The discount has no cash redemption value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other offer.
  · The discount will be automatically applied to the student’s rent instalments.
  · This offer applies only to specific tenancy lengths, room types, or partner universities, where applicable.
• Cancellation & Withdrawal
  · If a student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid.
  · To qualify, the student must complete their booking, pay any required advance rent, and sign the tenancy agreement.
  · All offers are subject to availability and limited to a certain number of bookings.
  · Yugo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, for any residence, without notice.
