Studio S Free Upgrade Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Our Studio S Upgrade promotion is available for new bookings at Yugo Elementum, Yugo Urbanum and Yugo Navale. Eligible customers who book an eligible Studio S will pay the applicable Studio S Bronze price, regardless of the eligible Studio S category selected.

The promotion applies to new customers who sign a 12-month contract and complete their booking by 30th September 2026.

Eligibility

This promotion is not available to students who:

• Defer or cancel their booking before move-in.
• Have confirmed a booking for the 2026/27 academic year prior to the start of this promotion.
• Cancel an existing booking for the purpose of rebooking under this promotion. In such cases, the promotion will not apply. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any previously held bookings, whether cancelled, transferred or modified.
• Do not meet the 12-month contract requirement specified above.

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, voucher or promotion.

Residence, Tenancy & Promotion Details

• Residences: Yugo Elementum, Yugo Urbanum and Yugo Navale
• Contract period: 12 months
• The promotion applies only to eligible Studio S room categories.
• Eligible Studio S rooms will be offered at the applicable Studio S Bronze price.
• To qualify, the student must complete their booking, pay any required advance rent and sign the tenancy agreement by 30th September 2026.
• If a student cancels their booking or terminates their contract before move-in, the promotion becomes invalid.
• All offers are subject to availability.
• The promotion has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money.
• Yugo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, for either residence, without notice.
