Our exclusive €200 voucher promotion is available for new bookings at Yugo Elementum, Yugo Leonis, and Yugo Urbanum. It applies to new customers who sign a 12-month contract (1st October 2026 – 23rd September 2027) between 14th and 20th September 2026. Customers who book under this promotion will receive a €200 Wunschgutschein voucher upon move-in.

Eligibility

This promotion is not available to students who:

· Defer or cancel their booking before move-in

· Have confirmed a booking for the 2026/27 academic year prior to 14/09/2026

· Cancel an existing booking for the purpose of rebooking under this promotion. In such cases, the promotion will not apply. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any previously held bookings, whether cancelled, transferred, or modified.

Residence, Tenancy & Discount Details

· Residence: Yugo Elementum, Yugo Leonis and Yugo Urbanum

· To qualify, the student must complete their booking, pay any required advance rent, and sign the tenancy agreement.

· If a student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the move in, the promotion becomes invalid

· All offers are subject to availability

· The €200 Wunschgutschein voucher has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money

· Yugo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, for any residence, without notice
