Our exclusive £300 Cashback is available on bookings made at Austen House for the 2026/27 academic year. This offer will expire on 31/01/2026.

The promotion is not available to students who:

have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in.
book short term or semester lets.
book through agent or university referral agreements.
have confirmed a booking prior to 12/01/2026
