Our exclusive 350€ Cashback promotion is available for new bookings at Yugo Elementum, Yugo Leonis and Yugo Navale and applies to new customers concluding a 13 or 14 month contract (1st August or 1st September 2026 to 23rd September 2027). Customers who book under this promotion will receive a €350 cashback, applied as a manual credit deducted from the last month of the rental contract and therefore offset with the rental payment for September 2027.

Eligibility

The promotion is not available to students who:

· Defer or cancel their booking before the end of the contract

· Have confirmed a booking for the 2026/27 academic year prior to 29/06/2026

· Cancel an existing booking for the purpose of rebooking under this promotion. In such cases, the promotion will not apply. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any previously held bookings, whether cancelled, transferred, or modified.

Residence, Tenancy & Discount Details

· Residence: Yugo Navale, Yugo Leonis and Yugo Elementum

· If a student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the end of the contract, this promotion will be invalid.

· To qualify, the student must complete their booking, pay any required advance rent, and sign the tenancy agreement. 

· All offers are subject to availability. 

· Yugo reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, for any residence, without notice.
