 10% DISCOUNT

Customers are rewarded when they conclude a rental contract for 6 months with Yugo Germany GmbH and fulfills the following additional conditions:

• Customer is signing a rental contract with Yugo Germany GmbH for 6 months starting in April 2025 until September 2025.
• The customer must have reached the age of 18 years.

The 10% discount will be applied to the booking value and evenly deducted from each monthly payment. This promotion only applies to students concluding a full semester contract (1st April 25 to 23rd September 25) that will not be terminated at any earlier time. 

These offers only applies to Navale Space.

For already concluded contracts, no incentives can be granted retrospectively. Any bookings coming through 3rd party contracts or agency bookings are excluded from this promotion.

The promotion will be revoked in case of cancellation of the reservation. The promotion is not available to any resident in rent arrears and the discount will be revoked if monthly payments are not done as agreed on per the tenancy agreement. This promotion cannot be used with any other offer.

Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.

Yugo Germany GmbH reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons or, if reasonable, to change these conditions of participation.

Any liability for damages of Yugo Germany GmbH and its executive bodies, employees, and vicarious agents for direct or indirect damages arising from or in connection with the promotion, for whatever legal reason, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

Legal recourse is excluded.

Subsidiary agreements and amendments to these terms and conditions must be in writing to be effective.

Should individual clauses of these conditions of participation be or become ineffective, this will not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. It will be replaced by an appropriate regulation that most closely approximates the purpose of the invalid provision. For all legal relationships that result from the use of the promotion, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
