St Crispins House Norwich, £400 Premium Ensuite Cashback Incentive, 2026/27

1. The Cashback Incentive is open to new students booking at St Crispins House, Norwich, who book a Premium Ensuite for the 2026/2027 academic year.
2. The Incentive available is £400 cashback.
3. The Student must use promotional code 400ENSUITE at the point of booking.
4. The Incentive is available for new bookings made on or after 17th August 2026.
5. The Incentive is subject to room availability and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
6. The Incentive can be used in conjunction with the St Crispins House Free Bus Pass offer, subject to the relevant terms and conditions of that offer.
7. The Incentive is being offered by Yugo, St Crispins House, Norwich.
8. To be eligible for the Incentive:
   1. The Student must book a Premium Ensuite for the 2026/2027 academic year.
   2. The Student must enter the code 400ENSUITE at the point of booking.
   3. The Student must have paid their first rent instalment, or their rent in full, and moved into the property for the 2026/2027 academic year.
   4. Both the Student and the Guarantor, if applicable, must have signed the tenancy agreement.
9. To claim the Incentive:
   1. The Student should enter the code 400ENSUITE in the promotional code box at the point of booking.
   2. The Accommodation Manager will verify the Student's eligibility to claim the Incentive.
   3. The Student must have entered the bank details of their nominated UK bank account into the online Student Portal.
   4. The £400 Incentive will be provided as a bank transfer into the nominated UK bank account.
   5. The Incentive will be provided to the Student within two months after they have moved into the property for the 2026/2027 academic year.
   6. The Incentive must be claimed by 31st December 2026. If unclaimed by this date, the Student will forfeit the Incentive and will no longer be entitled to receive it.
10. The Incentive is subject to availability and may close at any time.
11. This Incentive may be used in conjunction with the St Crispins House Free Bus Pass offer but cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by Yugo, any third parties or International Agents unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. This Incentive is not available to bookings made through International Referral Agents.
13. Yugo reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Incentive at any time, and for any reason, without notice.
14. Yugo's decision in respect of all matters relating to the Incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. One Incentive is available per room booked.
16. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon booking an eligible room and participating in the Incentive.
