Terms & Conditions for Up to £150 Cashback - 2025/26
Our exclusive £150 cashback is available only for new semester 2 bookings for the 2025/26 academic year from 08/01/2026 until further notice.
The promotion is not available to students who:
- have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in.
- are rebooking / re-booker.
- book a room that is shorter than 112 days or ends before 17th July 2026.
- book through agent or university referral agreements.
- have confirmed a booking prior to 08/01/2026

- Offer amount: £150 cashback for the first 10 bookings made during the offer period.
- Booking tenancy length: Minimum 112 days (16 weeks)

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
The cashback offer will be applied as a discount for the advertised amount when the promotion code is entered at the time of booking. Note: This offer only applies to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types, or universities attended.
In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.
