Terms and Conditions 

Promoter: Yugo Students Ltd, 2nd Floor, Castlemead, Lower Castle Street, Bristol, BS1 3AG, United Kingdom ("Yugo", "we", "us", "our").

Promotion: Yugo x Racing Bulls Esports Signed T-Shirt Giveaway (the "Promotion").

Promotion period: The Promotion opens at 14:00 BST on 13 May 2026 and closes at 14:00 BST on 26 May 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be valid.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria below

1. Eligibility 

   1.  The Promotion is open to natural persons aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.
   2. The following persons are NOT eligible to enter and any entry from them will be disqualified:
      1. employees, officers, contractors, consultants and agencies of Yugo and any company in the Yugo group, and members of their immediate households;
      2. drivers, engineers, employees, officers, contractors, consultants, sponsors and agencies of Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team / Racing Bulls Esports ("Racing Bulls") and any of their group companies, and members of their immediate households; and
      3. Anyone otherwise professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion.
   3. The Promotion is open to entrants worldwide EXCEPT residents of the following territories, where the Promotion is void: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, the Crimea region, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, Italy, mainland China, India, Brazil, and the Province of Quebec, Canada. Yugo also reserves the right to exclude residents of any other territory where running the Promotion or shipping the prize would be unlawful or impractical.
   4. Entrants are responsible for ensuring entry is permitted under the laws of the country in which they reside

2. How to enter 

   1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
   2. To enter, during the Promotion Period an entrant must, on Instagram or TikTok:
      1. follow the official @yugo.global account on the relevant platform; AND
      2. post a comment on the official Promotion post on that platform.
   3. Maximum of one (1) valid entry per person, per platform (i.e. up to two (2) entries in total: one via Instagram and one via TikTok). Multiple comments on the same post will count as a single entry.
   4. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, late, generated by automated means, made via duplicate or 'giveaway-farm' accounts, or made via accounts whose primary purpose appears to be entering competitions, will be disqualified. Yugo's decision on disqualification is final.
   5. Liking and/or sharing the post is encouraged but is NOT a condition of entry.
   6. Entrants must comply with the relevant platform's terms of service. Yugo accepts no responsibility for entries which are not received, are delayed, or are lost due to technical failures or platform issues.

3. The prize 

   1. There is one (1) prize available: one (1) Racing Bulls Esports t-shirt signed by the Racing Bulls Esports drivers and engineers (the "Prize"). Approximate retail value: USD $50.
   2. Yugo will arrange and pay for delivery of the Prize to the winner's address, including any import duties, customs charges and applicable VAT/GST in the winner's country of delivery.
   3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. Yugo reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equivalent or higher value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
   4. Yugo will arrange for the Prize to be delivered using a tracked shipping service, such as Royal Mail First Class. Risk in the Prize passes to the winner on delivery to the address provided. The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for taking delivery. Yugo will use reasonable endeavours to insure the Prize in transit

4. Winner selection 

   1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries (combined across both platforms) within five (5) working days after the close of the Promotion Period.
   2. The draw will be carried out using a verifiable random selection method, witnessed by at least one Yugo representative independent of the marketing function. Yugo will retain a record of the draw for audit purposes.
   3. The name and county (or country, for non-UK winners) of the winner will be made available to anyone who requests it within eight (8) weeks of the closing date by writing to the address in clause 13, unless the winner objects or Yugo agrees a reasonable exception in line with CAP Code 8.28.

5. Notification and claiming the prize 

   1. The winner will be notified by direct message from the official @yugo account on the platform on which they entered.
   2. Entrants should verify that any direct message claiming they have won the Prize has been sent from the official @yugo account before providing any personal information.
   3. Yugo will never request payment or banking information in connection with the Promotion.
   4. The winner must reply to the notification message from the official @yugo account providing the information reasonably required to deliver the Prize (including full name, postal address, contact email and proof of age and eligibility) within fourteen (14) days of the date the notification message is sent.
   5. If the winner: (a) does not respond within fourteen (14) days; (b) is found to be ineligible; (c) declines the Prize; or (d) cannot be contacted using the details provided, Yugo reserves the right to forfeit that winner's entitlement and select a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries on the same basis. This process may be repeated as Yugo considers reasonable.
   6. Yugo will dispatch the Prize within thirty (30) days of the winner complying with clause 5.4 and being verified by Yugo as eligible under clause 1.

6. Publicity and marketing 

   1. By entering, the entrant consents, if selected as winner, to Yugo and Racing Bulls publishing their first name, country and platform handle on the Yugo and Racing Bulls social channels and in related promotional materials announcing the result of the Promotion.

   2. Any further use of the winner's name, image, voice, likeness or user-generated content (for example in a 'winner unboxing' or 'winner receives Prize' post) will be subject to a separate written consent and release to be agreed at the point of Prize fulfilment. The winner is not obliged to provide such consent and the Prize is not contingent on it.

       

7. Data protection 

   1. Yugo is the controller of personal data collected in connection with the Promotion.
   2. Personal data collected and processed:
      1. at entry stage: platform username (Instagram and/or TikTok handle), the content and timestamp of the entrant's comment, and any publicly visible profile information made available by the platform;
      2. from the winner only: full name, postal address, contact email address, age confirmation, and any further information reasonably required to ship the Prize and meet customs / tax obligations.
   3. Lawful bases under the UK GDPR: (a) legitimate interests in administering and promoting the Promotion (entry data and selection of the winner); (b) performance of a contract with the entrant (in respect of fulfilment of the Prize once a winner has accepted); (c) compliance with a legal obligation (for example, retaining records for tax and accounting); and (d) consent (for any use of personal data for direct marketing purposes — see clause 7.5 — and for the publicity uses described in clause 6).
   4. Retention: entry data will be deleted within ninety (90) days of the close of the Promotion Period; winner records will be retained for six (6) years from the date of fulfilment for accounting, tax and audit purposes.
   5. Entry to the Promotion does NOT sign you up to any Yugo marketing communications. Where Yugo wishes to use entrant data for marketing, it will do so only on the basis of a separate, freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous opt-in.

8. Disqualification, amendment and cancellation 

   1. Yugo reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant whom it reasonably believes has breached these Terms, tampered with the entry process, acted in bad faith or in a manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
   2. Yugo reserves the right to disqualify any entry made from an account with a username/handle, display name, profile information or comment content which Yugo reasonably considers to be obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, violent, threatening, defamatory or otherwise offensive or inappropriate, or which would make it inappropriate to publish the winner’s handle under clause 6.1.[HR1]
   3. Yugo reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion (including extending or shortening the Promotion Period) where it is reasonably necessary to do so for events outside Yugo's reasonable control, including without limitation technical failures, force majeure, fraud, or where required by applicable law or regulator. Where the Promotion is amended or cancelled,
   4. Yugo will use reasonable endeavours to give entrants prompt notice via the official @yugo channels.

9. Liability 

   1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Yugo's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
   2. Subject to clause 9.1, Yugo will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by an entrant in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, save for that which arises directly from Yugo's negligence and which is reasonably foreseeable.

10. Platform disclaimer 

    The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. Entrants release these platforms from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Promotion must be directed to Yugo, not to the platforms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction 

    1. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    2. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. Nothing in this clause affects the rights of any consumer entrant to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence, or to rely on mandatory consumer protection rules of that country.
