Terms & Conditions for 'Choose your own offer’ Promotional 

Our exclusive ‘choose your own offer’ promotion is available only for new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year made from 15/05/2026 until further notice.  

The promotion is not available to students who: 

• have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in.  

• book short term or semester lets. 

• are rebooking / re-booker. 

• book through agent or university referral agreements.  

• have confirmed a booking prior to 15/05/2026. 

The list of residences, booking tenancies and promotion rate: 

Park Court, Lincoln: 

• 'Choose your own offer’ promotion – students can choose one of the below options: 

• £200 cinema voucher 
• Gym pass or gym contribution up to £200 
• £200 Deliveroo voucher 
• 1 year Audible subscription, approx. value £70 to £90 
• 1 year Grammarly Premium subscription, approx. value £110 to £140 

Offer amount: £200 depending on the selected option for the first 5 bookings made during the offer period. 

• Booking tenancy length: Minimum 44 or 51-week tenancies. 

• Once a booking is completed, the student must email the site team on [email protected] with offer code PARKCYO2627 to confirm which offer they would like to claim.

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize. The student must email the site team to confirm which offer they would like to claim. 

The gym, Audible and Grammarly offer will be applied as a credit back to the student for the advertised amount when the promotion code is entered at the time of booking. The cinema and Deliveroo voucher will be provided as an eVoucher to the student. Note: This offer only applies to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types, or universities attended. The offers will be processed within 60 days of the students moving into the property. 

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.  

These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 15/05/2026, but Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions.
