Arran House is one of three residences we have in Edinburgh. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the University of Edinburgh and Napier University, and a 25-minute bus ride from Heriot-Watt University. Wherever you’re studying, getting there will be a piece of cake.

The heart of the city centre is a 20-minute stroll away, so the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street (the main shopping area) and Edinburgh Waverley train station are virtually on your doorstep. You’ll be perfectly situated.

This is student accommodation to rave about

"Nice place to stay in Edinburgh next to Fountain bridge area. Friendly and helpful staff too which goes a long way. The room was a decent size and clean too as was the bathroom."
