Arran House - Terms & Conditions for £250 early bird direct let cashback  

Our exclusive early bird £250 cashback is available only for new direct bookings at Arran House for the 2027/28 academic year made from 05/11/2026 and before 31/01/2027, capped at 50 bookings.  

The promotion is not available to students who:  

• have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in.  

• book short term or semester lets.  

• book through university referral agreements.  

• have confirmed a booking prior to 05/11/2026.

• Offer amount: £250 cashback, for the first 50 direct bookings made before 31/01/2027.  

• Booking tenancy length: Minimum 51-week tenancy  

• Room type: All room types  

• Code: EARLYBIRD250  

The cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize. The cashback will be deducted from the 2027/28 rent of the student who made the booking. Bookings made on or after 31/01/2027 will not be eligible.  

The offer will be applied when the promotion code EARLYBIRD250 is entered at the time of booking, and the £250 cashback will be deducted from the student’s 2027/28 rent at the time of booking. Note: This offer only applies to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types, or universities attended.  

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete their booking, pay their advance rent, and sign their tenancy agreement.  

All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.
