Located opposite the University of Lincoln campus, across the water is the popular Brayford Waterfront. Featuring an ODEON cinema, comedy club, nightclub, an arts centre, and several well-known restaurants and cafes – including Wagamama, Starbucks, and Zizzi – it’s the perfect place to hang out with friends after lectures.
Cornhill Quarter is considered the social area of the city. There’s an Everyman cinema, a unique selection of independent and high street brands, and some fantastic places to eat and drink such as 200° Coffee, Cosy Club, Pho, The Botanist, and Turtle Bay.

All kitchen/dining areas at Park Court are fitted with a four-ring ceramic hob, single oven, and fridge-freezer. There’s also an on-site laundry room for you to use whenever you need.
What amenities are included at Park Court?
Park Court is a vibrant student residence that offers everything you need for a well-balanced student life. When you’re feeling social, you can make use of our common room or get involved with our regular social events. There’s also high-speed WiFi, laundry facilities, post-and-parcels service, secure key access, bike storage, and an on-site study area.
Is Lincoln a safe city to live?
Overall, Lincoln is a safe city for residents and visitors. However, like in any city, it’s sensible to be aware of your surroundings and follow standard safety precautions. We’d recommend that you lock your car and take any valuables with you, close your property door behind you, and don’t let people in your accommodation without scanning their key.
Do students need to pay council tax?
No, full time students do not need to pay council tax, so there’s no need to worry about those extra costs.
How close to the university campus is Park Court?
Park Court is conveniently located just a 12-minute walk or four-minute bike ride from the University of Lincoln campus. Bishop Grosseteste University is located a 25-minute walk or 13-minute bike ride from our accommodation.
How long are student tenancies?
Our student tenancies last for 12 months, starting from 1st July to 30th June, and you can live in your apartment for the entire period of your lease.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is a dedicated car park at Park Court. However, there’s only a certain number of spaces, so we’d suggest that you book your space sooner rather than later. There’s also bike storage if you prefer to travel on two wheels.
